Last week, some corners of American media claimed that the impeachment hearings did not have the “pizzazz” necessary to capture the public’s attention….So we tested whether this hypothesis is true or not. After all, it’s what we do.
We analysed the public’s response on social media vs ~30 of the the USA’s top-rated reality TV and sports programmes, which we present below. And we explore what this means for organisations and communities who want to make the most of unprompted online discussion to drive outcomes.
